Intelligent Bridge Sensor Module F 1016MF 1016M is a multi channel module for transforming and monitoring online of measuring signals of felt or wire tension measuring units.This module was especially developed for the requirements of the modern paper industry. The newly developed signal drift monitoring device as well as the signal drift compensation will enable an analysis of the measuring signals. Possible inconsistencies in the paper machine's processes on the measuring circuit are continuously monitored using the online checks of the measured bridge signal, of the individual strain gauge sectors, and the measuring line. The measuring signal is recorded with a resolution of up to 16 bit, linearized, transformed and scaled according to the pre-set parameters. The output signal can be either an analog current-signal [mA] or a digital signal via PROFIBUS which can be processed in customers DCS / PLC.
