Sensor Paddles

System advantages:

JUD Sensor Paddles are available for the different applications in paper machines.
We recommend the following

- Wire Section - Stainless steel with ceramic inserts
- Press Section - Stainless steel or with ceramic inserts
- Dryer Section - Stainless steel chrome-plated

The Sensor Paddle is installed on the shaft of the CONTROL VALVE in 16° zero position, what means that the Sensor Paddle is touching the fabric by it's own gravity load. Therefore it is very gentle to the edge of the fabric and no spring assembly is needed to apply additional pressure.


Design: Sensor Paddle with arm (for fabric angles of up to 45°)
Sensor Paddle with angular arm (for fabric angles of more than 45°, e.g. vertical run)
Materials: 316L stainless steel
316L stainless steel hardchromium plated
316L stainless steel with ceramic plate
