The JUD Automation Retrofit or Automation System upgrades an existing manually operated Felt-/Wire Tensioner to a fully automated system by adding:
- Gear Motor (if required)
- Limit Switches for tensioner arms
- Tension Controller
- Load Cell
JUD supplies the complete solution from measure-up to installation proposal and commissioning of the system. The tailormade and customer-specific designs lead to very economical solutions, as existing parts are used. All common mechanical Felt-/Wire Tensioner can be automated regardless of their design principle (spindle tensioner, chain tensioner, …)
