Linear spindle Tensioner with two bevel gear boxes or worm gear boxes connected by a cross shaft. Drive either electric, air or hydraulic motor. The two gliding shoes with the spindle nut are carrying the tension roll bearing assembly, are driven by the acme thread spindles and are sliding on profiled beams. The stretcher arms are fully enclosed by stainless steel covers and a flexible cover. The Linear Tensioners can be operated manually via pushbutton operation (F 113-2) or with the fully automatic JUD Tension Control which maintains a pre-set felt tension and controls the function of the Tensioner.
