The RCS 5000, the latest generation of IBS Paper Performance Group Turn-Up Systems, transfers the sheet fully automatically and wrinkle-free to the new spool on paper, board, coating and pulp machines. The system is suitable for any basis weight and width and speeds up to 1,500 m/min. Thanks to ultra-thin IBS special paper tapes it also minimizes the loss of paper.
