Edge Control

IBS Edge Control is an adjustable extension of the headbox edge deckles. The edge of the paper web can be controlled immediately after it comes out of the headbox. With adjustable stands, a Teflon insert for a perfect seal against the forming fabric, fibre build up and reduced tears can be ensured. An optimised cleaning system guards against fibre build up and keeps the unit clean during operation. IBS Edge Control can be used with and fitted on  to all types of headboxes.
