Dewatering elements made of plastics

We exclusively work with highly wear-resistant polyethylene.

Polyethylene dewatering elements are mainly suitable for low production speeds and non-abrasive production environments on paper, cardboard and pulp machines.

Product range

Our product range covers the entire spectrum of all PE dewatering blades and covers used on the market.

We solely process highly wear-resistant polyethylene produced in a hot pressing/sintering process for our plastic dewatering elements. A high molecular weight and optimum temperature, service life and wear behavior are a must. This is provided by additives specially tailored for application in the paper and pulp industry.

OUR PE QUALITIES

SIL-105

The industry standard for low production speeds and low-load positions.

SIL-400

For machines with low production speeds. The material is distinguished by a low friction coefficient.

SIL-600

A material for low production speeds and higher-load applications. Special glass fillers provide increased service life.

SIL-700

A material for low production speeds and applications with a higher thermal load.

SIL-800

A ceramic–plastic hybrid for low production speeds and abrasive conditions. Ceramic fillers provide for greater wear resistance.
