Apprenticeship design engineer (m/f/d)

We have been successfully training apprentices at our Teufenbach-Katsch site in the Murau district since 1978! Today, more than half of our production team consists of former apprentices. To strengthen our teams in Teufenbach-Katsch, we are always on the lookout for young, motivated people with technical understanding and manual skills!

Our design engineers develop components, assemblies and entire systems - from the initial idea to the finished technical drawing. They combine technical understanding with creativity and a precise way of working.

At the start of your apprenticeship, you will learn how to use CAD software and how to read and create technical documents. You will also gain an insight into materials science, manufacturing technologies and the basics of product development. Together with our experienced design team, you will work on practical projects and learn how to turn ideas into functional solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed school education. (compulsory school or higher).
• Basic technical understanding.
• Clean, precise and reliable work.
• Quick comprehension, ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.

During your 4-year apprenticeship, you will develop into a technical all-rounder and play an active role in shaping what is later realized in production.

Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, a wide range of career paths will be open to you - from specializing in 3D design to technical project management.
