Your Profile

  • Completed degree or HTL in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in project management, ideally in plant engineering or the process industry.
  • Experience in planning, tendering, and executing large-scale projects.
  • Very good knowledge of project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project).
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
  • Passion for sustainable innovation and the ability to think outside the box.
  • German and English skills.


Your Responsibilities

  • Management and control of projects in the field of plant engineering – from the concept phase to successful handover.
  • Coordination and consultation with interdisciplinary teams, external partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with budget, time, and quality specifications.
  • Development and optimization of technical processes in close cooperation with our R&D team.
  • Creating and reviewing technical specifications and risk analyses.
  • Supporting commissioning on site at the customer's premises (approx. 3–4 assignments per year, each lasting approx. 10 days).
  • Project tracking, including customer communication and comprehensive project documentation.
  • Supporting the implementation of our sustainability goals through innovative solutions.
