VARIOLINE^® systems

Optimization of stock activity, dewatering and sheet formation.

VARIOLINE^® dewatering systems are perfectly designed for optimal control of stock activity, dewatering, and sheet formation. The aim is to obtain the best possible paper quality. This occurs through the optimum coordination of activity blades and vacuum levels. Optimum functionality when combined with EVA maXX^® vacuum valves.

Powerful dewatering without the risk of sheet sealing.
No limits in terms of machine speed, basis weight, water loads, etc.
Fast grade changes thanks to automatic control - even while the machine is running.
Different variants - the optimized solution for every application.
Individually tailored to your requirements.
Premium quality and best value for money.

VARIOLINE^® maXX^® dewatering systems are equipped with the unique and patented ACTIVITY maXX^® dewatering blades. These offer maximum flexibility in terms of stock activity and dewatering.

VARIOLINE^® PLUS dewatering systems are equipped with static dewatering and height-adjustable activity blades. This way activity and dewatering can be optimally controlled.

VARIOLINE^® dewatering systems are fitted with static dewatering and activity blades.
